BOOKING A TRIP...
The fitness level of our programs are designed for the average, healthy person who engages in outdoor activities. You don't need to be an iron man or woman but we do encourage you to get out and get the blood moving prior to coming. Having said that our personalized style is always capable of suiting a course to your needs and levels of fitness, be they higher or lower than the average. Who is average anyway? To book a program a 50% deposit is required to hold your place. The remainder of course fees are required two weeks prior to the program start. Full payment is required when booking within two weeks of the programs start. All participants are required to sign a waiver before engaging in any activity that they register for. Registration and payment of deposit indicates agreement to our booking and cancellation policies. Cancellation Policy... If you cancel your booking 4 weeks in advance of the program start 25% of the course cost will be withheld. Expeditions and extended trips cancelled in this time will incur the same penalty.
Cancellation within two weeks of the program start or during the course will result in total loss of payment. Cancellation coverage is available at a cost of 10% of the program fee. It is only available at the time of booking. Documented medical or family emergencies are valid reasons for cancellation. We strongly recommend that you take this coverage. We reserve the right to reschedule your cancellation at our convenience should you be unable to attend your program and do not wish to forfeit your payment. |
